Scope of works: Brand Strategy & Design
Since its inception in 1942, OK Zimbabwe Limited has been a cornerstone of the retail landscape, offering a wide array of products and services tailored to meet the evolving needs of its customers. With 80 years of heritage, it's time to refresh the corporate holding brand while establishing a robust brand architecture to encompass various brand extensions, independent brands, private label brands, service brands, and business ventures.

Our goal is to rejuvenate the identity of OK Zimbabwe Limited as a corporate holding brand while preserving its rich heritage. This involves creating a brand architecture that effectively communicates the diverse portfolio of brands and ventures under its umbrella.
Heritage Acknowledgment
While refreshing the brand, it's essential to honor the 80-year legacy of OK Zimbabwe Limited. This heritage serves as the foundation upon which the new brand identity will be built.

Corporate Holding Role
Considering renaming the brand to reflect its role as a corporate holding entity allows for a clearer delineation between the parent company and its subsidiaries.

Brand Architecture
We develop a structured brand architecture that categorizes brands and ventures into distinct categories, such as brand extensions, independent brands, private label brands, service brands, and business ventures.

Visual Identity
The refreshed identity will feature a modernized logo and visual elements that convey stability, trustworthiness, and innovation while remaining rooted in the brand's heritage.
The rebranded corporate holding brand, now renamed to reflect its role, stands as a testament to 80 years of excellence in the retail industry.
